I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. Parking was easy, and the office itself was extremely clean, calm, and relaxing, which immediately helped put me at ease. From start to finish, the staff was kind, professional, efficient, and reassuring. Dr. B was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt listened to and well cared for, and the entire process was smooth and organized. It is such a relief to be treated with patience and compassion esp when you’re not feeling your best. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would absolutely recommend them and Dr. B! Thank you!

I appreciate how calm and kind everyone is. I really felt like the "care" part of urgent care really came through. Wonderful staff and very professional experience. I had to go back home to get my passport and they kept my place in line though other clients came in during the time I was away. I very much appreciated that. Very effective decision making, quick testing and treatment turned my day around from the worst to almost back to normal in no time. Big thanks to you all!

Five stars deserved! I was treated here for a second-degree sunburn and received outstanding care. The staff was extremely professional, kind, and attentive, and the treatment and medical advice were excellent. The entire team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

This was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had in my life! Dr. Ballarini and his staff are truly amazing. I went to MD Now Urgent Care in Midtown and was completely brushed off, but the second I arrived here I knew I’d be taken seriously just by how thorough their examination was and how much they cared about my health. I will only be coming here for any medical concerns moving forward. Thank you Dr. Ballarini and staff!
