⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about this urgent care. I brought my 4-year-old daughter, Ava, in today, and from the moment we walked through the door, every single person made us feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The entire staff was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and professional. Nurses Jesse and Jessica were absolutely amazing—kind, patient, and reassuring throughout our visit. Dr. Perez Garay was equally outstanding, taking the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and ensure Ava felt safe and comfortable. I was also blown away by how clean and well-maintained the facility was. It is, without a doubt, the cleanest medical environment I have ever been in. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I truly felt right at home. On top of the exceptional care, the visit was incredibly fast and convenient. In a situation that could have been stressful, the team made the entire experience seamless and reassuring. This will be the only urgent care I come to moving forward. Thank you to Jesse, Jessica, Dr. Perez Garay, and the entire team for providing such outstanding care and hospitality. You have earned a lifelong patient and my highest recommendation!

Baptist Health Urgent Care – Dixie Hwy, South Miami, FL ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Working alongside healthcare networks to enhance their organic presence in the Google ecosystem has given me a unique opportunity over the years—to step inside brand-new facilities while they still have that “new car smell.” One of the highlights of that journey was being invited to the grand opening of the Baptist Health Urgent Care on Dixie Highway in South Miami. This location is a perfect example of where technology and healthcare truly come together. From advanced patient management systems that streamline the entire visit, to the latest in imaging technology designed for fast and accurate diagnostics, everything here feels thoughtfully integrated. One standout feature is the Rx Now onsite pharmaceutical vending system, offering added convenience that’s both innovative and practical. The space itself is beautifully designed—modern, clean, and efficient—creating an environment that feels both professional and welcoming. It’s clear that every detail was considered with the patient experience in mind. This was the best urgent care I have ever been to. From check in all the way through to check out everyone was polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. The nurse and doctor listed carefully and explained the procedures. They also gave a plan and carefully discussed discharge instructions. An absolute pleasure to be there!

Amazing organization. I was greeted immediately with kindness and efficiency. Informed of next steps. The nurse practitioner and the doctor that cared for me were thorough and caring. I was able to obtain my medications on the premises through a machine that dispensed all after entering a code that was provided. This saved me a trip to the pharmacy and wait time. Cannot thank them enough. It was all done in an hour.

EXCELLENT staff, could not have made us feel more comfortable or cared for. No wait, clean ,organized, plenty of parking. All staff was very attentive and polite. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!
