The staff working on Friday afternoon were all amazing. Starting with the young man at the reception desk who was very personable and professional. Michelle & Elizabeth were the best- both were friendly, informative, and had an overall calming presence. And if you're ever in need of a steroid injection, Michelle is the nurse to call on. Highly recommend this location if you're feeling under the weather.

I visited urgent care on Saturday and had a great experience. The nurse and doctor were both excellent — very kind, professional, and attentive. I was seen quickly with almost no wait time, which made the visit even better. I really appreciated the efficient and quality care. Highly recommend!

Everyone was very professional. The urgent care was clean and organized. All of my questions and concerns were answered. The teamwork within the staff is great. I felt wonderful having been attended by such a caring and knowledgeable group of professionals.

I had a very disappointing experience with Baptist Urent Care in Coral Gables. I went in for a simple ear infection, received antibiotics, and possibly one basic test. At check-in, the staff specifically told me that the only amount I would be responsible for was my $70 copayment, which I paid in full at the visit. Later, I found out they billed my insurance over $560, and now I’m being charged an additional $330 out of pocket. This makes absolutely no sense for such a basic urgent care visit, especially after being told the copayment would be my responsibility. What’s even more frustrating is that they advertise much lower pricing packages for uninsured patients that include multiple tests and additional services, yet somehow my insured visit ended up costing far more. It feels extremely misleading and overpriced. I understand healthcare billing can be complicated, but patients deserve transparency about costs before treatment. Nothing about this visit justified such excessive charges, and I would never have agreed to the visit if I had been informed beforehand that I could owe hundreds more beyond my copayment. I would strongly recommend asking for a complete cost breakdown before agreeing to treatment here.

I didn't know what to expect but this place was amazing all things considered. Some injuries can be sensitive in nature and cause patients to be embarrassed, here i felt none of that. Keila was great at check in and giving me my paperwork. Johnathan was excellent. Great bedside manner and even had an awesome pair of disposable shorts for me so I could get home via Lyft rather than waiting for new clothes.
