I came in today to follow up on my ear, and once again I had a very positive experience. The staff was kind, professional, and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate the care and patience they showed me. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and well cared for. Olga and Milly were amazing. They provided great service and were very kind, patient, and caring with my child while treating his wrist fracture. We really appreciated their professionalism and compassion during a stressful moment. Thank you both for the excellent care.

Best Urgent Care ever! They call it “Express” but it’s really unlike any type of express or simplified service I’ve ever received. Great Doc Dawnte always ready to help and go a step further in her amazing care for patients. Great staff, too! I would give 6 stars, if I could.

Really magnificent. Dr. Dante was super kind in her manners and immediately identified what was causing the scratch in my eye and took it out. I got instant relief. Loved Baptist Health Urgent Care. Very grateful!

I had a great experience at Baptist urgent care. I had a dislocated finger and the PA Dawnta Gaines was amazing in fixing my finger. I was also treated with kindness from the front desk lady Stephanie. They are a great team.
