I had an accident at work and just to be safe i went after work to get a CT scan. We parked and walked up to the floor and were greeted by the staff warmly. They took all my information and i was right in. Must have been a slow day because i was in and out in 30 minutes. Everyone was very attentive and polite. My coworker has been here a few times and she recommended me to go. We were very pleased with the service.

Extremely nice and helpful. Doctor was so amazing. Miami Beach out patient. I had a dislocated finger and she popped it right back into place with an x-ray. But the kindness made the experience way better almost like nothing ever happen.

I was met today by a team of professionals that made me feel welcome and cared for. That’s exactly what you need when you don’t feel well. It was also very fast and efficient care. I’m very happy I chose Baptist today. Try the prescription vending machine too, it was very cool.

Feedback / Review: I recently visited your clinic in Miami and would like to share my experience. The staff were very friendly, professional, and approachable, which made the visit pleasant. I appreciated their relaxed and calm attitude, which creates a welcoming environment. However, the waiting times were quite long, which can be frustrating, especially for urgent matters. Many patients had to wait outside, and the overall flow could be more efficient. I believe that faster processing and more structured scheduling would improve the patient experience significantly. Overall, I had a positive experience thanks to the staff’s friendliness, but reducing wait times and increasing efficiency would make the service even better.
