Absolutely amazing experience in the urgent care. From the moment I approached the desk, I was greeted with a warm and inviting smile. Both of the front desk attendants were friendly and very helpful. My nurse practitioner also made me feel right at home. I was given quick and efficient care with an extra dose of love. Beatriz Ruiz was absolutely amazing! Very happy to have chosen this location to take care of my injuries. Would highly recommend!

the whole visit was very nice and impressive. The nurse was kind and compassionate toward my illness, he asked me if I needed water or juice , even tissue. The doctor also was very caring ,professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend it to family and friends. Great experience

The doctor, nurse and staff were extremely sweet and helpful. I can truly say that my experience being a Baptist Health Hospital patient has been nothing but good. During all my visits and stays I have been treated with compassion and care.

Absolutely stellar! The nurses were all very kind, helpful and patient, despite clearly being very busy and working hard. The doctor gave excellent customer service and advice, as well as listened very well and gave cohesive and precise feedback. The appointment didn’t take tediously long given how there were several other patients there, and the cleanliness along with the environment felt overall up to standard and about as good as you can get. Definitely reccomend for anybody that is seeking medical attention and wants an environment that doesn’t feel nauseating but instead feels decently welcoming and comfortable.

The waiting time was really short, the place it's clean and looks new. The staff was incredibly helpful, the lady in the front desk was very helpful and the registration system they have it's very convenient for patients. The nurse and the ARNP were amazing too. Even paying for my visit to the medication dispenser was quite a experience! I would definitely come back if needed.
