FastCare Urgent Care provided professional and efficient care for my Bartholin cyst. The staff explained the procedure clearly, performed the drainage safely, and gave excellent aftercare instructions. I highly recommend them for prompt, expert treatment

I’m from out of the country on a trip and had to visit a doctor. The clinic was clean and the staff very professional and caring. You felt treated like a human being. Plus, Dr Lizzie is hands down one of the most empathic and genuine doctor I’ve met. She took the time to ask questions and you could see she loves her job. 100% recommend whether you live close by or out of state/country.

i’ve only had great experiences here (aside from only coming when i’m sick!). the entire team is extremely accommodating, great at advocating, and genuinely care to help. it’s always a quick process, but never in a rushed way. will always come back and recommend people visit!! edited to add- came for a double ear infection, and they sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy a block away. walked to the pharmacy, and by the time i got there, they were done!!

I recently visited FastCare Urgent Care and overall had a positive experience. The clinic was clean, the staff was professional, and the process was efficient. They were able to see me promptly and even took an X-ray during my visit, which was very helpful since they are equipped to handle injuries like fractures and similar conditions.  That said, there were some frustrating issues with follow-up communication. After my 9:00 AM appointment, I had to call three separate times just to request a copy of my X-ray. On the fourth attempt, they finally emailed it—but the file wouldn’t open. I had to call a fifth time before they sent a correct PDF. Additionally, I requested a copy of the doctor’s report, but that was never sent to me. Overall, the in-person care and medical service were good, but the administrative and follow-up process needs improvement. If they can fix their communication and document delivery, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

I've had multiple great experiences with Dr. Christopher A. Fayeghi at this urgent care. The whole office is incredibly kind, patient, and they actually take the time to listen to my concerns rather than rushing through the appointment. It’s rare to find that level of care in an urgent care setting. Highly recommended!
