Not sure why this clinic doesn't have a 4.8 rating or higher. The staff was really nice at check in even though it was a Saturday and the nurse practioner / physician that saw me was really knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me and decide on a treatment plan. The follow up from their lab regarding the test results was also helpful and the results people even walked me through to check if I had any questions about my treatment plan in the visit notes. I was deciding between MDNow and Baptiste Health urgent care clinic, both in Brickell, and this MDNow clinic seems really good.

I had a truly wonderful experience and felt compelled to share how impressed I was with the entire team. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. Every interaction felt thoughtful and genuine, which made a meaningful difference during my time there. A special thank you and recognition to Dr. Aliaga, who was absolutely exceptional. Their level of care, expertise, and attention to detail truly stood out. I felt heard, respected, and in very capable hands throughout the entire process. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines such professionalism with such a reassuring and compassionate presence. Overall, I’m extremely grateful for the experience and the care I received. The entire team deserves recognition for their dedication, but Dr. Aliaga especially made this experience outstanding.

From the rip, Toré was friendly and directional for the intake. Then here comes Jocelyn who was extremely comforting and attentive during the pre check. Finally, Manuela was very graceful for the final assessment and really understood my issue wasn't only medical. She didn't just give me medicine, she gave me peace of mind. I'm from out of town, so I'm glad I chose the right urgent care. Highly recommend! Who wants bad attitudes and no personality when you're not feeling well. Nobody. You won't have that prob here. Thanks again, ladies!

I had a great experience at MD Urgent Care. The staff was friendly, professional, and very attentive from start to finish. I was seen quickly, and the provider took the time to actually listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. The facility was clean and well-organized, which made the whole visit feel comfortable and efficient. I really appreciated how smooth the process was, definitely a place I’d recommend and return to if needed.

❌Urgent care？ ✅ Slow care！ Horrible wait time for almost 2 hours. Last time when I was there I was 28, now I’m 8 month old. Yes, reincarnated into my new life due to SLOW treatment. Long story short: NEVER going again, what a waste of time and life.
