Great and fast service! The staff here is very friendly and eager to help, Galia in the front desk was informative regarding insurance and intake. The doctor knew exactly what I needed and immediately treated me. I highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at MD Now Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, Galia at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. MA Margie was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Nasiff was professional, caring, and took the time to truly listen and help me. The entire team made me feel genuinely cared for. Thank you all for your compassion and excellent care!

I wish I could give one star. The older lady in the front with glasses and a strong voice is sooo unprofessional, treats you so bad with such attitude that honestly makes me not want to come back ever again. On top of that, she was watching novelas on her phone while we waited and didnt even have the decensy of putting headphones on. Not a nice or welcoming person to be at the front of an urgent care. People come here because they feel bad, not to buy perfume. The way she asked "PA QUE?" When we said we needed to see a doctor is crazy. I honestly wish we could just give 0 stars.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at any medical office. I went in on January 4, 2026, and the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made it clear they didn’t want to deal with me. The woman checking me in acted irritated because I spoke English, and she was openly rude and dismissive. It really felt like if I had spoken Spanish, I would have been treated with basic respect. I was told to pay a $50 deductible, which I paid right there. Two weeks later, I suddenly get hit with an extra $175 charge because of a “$250 deductible” they never bothered to mention. This is either incompetence or negligence, and now I’m stuck dealing with their mistake. To make it worse, the same front desk woman was arguing with another patient about his insurance while trying to check me in, so she clearly wasn’t paying attention. That lack of professionalism is probably why I was given wrong information in the first place. The staff was unprofessional, disrespectful, and careless. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually knows how to treat patients properly.

Great costumer service Easy registration Galia at the FD and MA Niesshla was very helpful and kind. Thanks for take care of me. Both attendants gave great excellent service which was fast, efficient and accurate. Would and will recommend. If need be in the future definitely will return. Have an awesome day and weekend ahead!!
