I had an emergency and had to go to urgent care so I called them for advice because I am out of town and the woman that answered the phone was extremely friendly and welcoming. As someone who is not feeling well I greatly appreciate this service from the start. I walked in and the 2 front desk girls Veronica and Salome were super nice, kind, and friendly. It was extremely busy but they set the correct expectations which I truly appreciate. This was just the start Mayory the nurse man was very careful asking me about my symptoms and when Dr. Trevor came he already was informed about exactly what I needed. Their communication level was so great and they even completed me Dr. Nora even though I’m not feeling my best today. I’m truly warmed by this type of service here. I was so touched I asked Veronica to give me a list of peoples names so I don’t miss anyone. THANK YOU!

I had a great experience with Dr. Andy. He was very kind, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I truly appreciated his compassionate approach and attention to detail. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent physician.

I am truly delighted with the care I received. I had never felt so comfortable going to a place where I was treated so well, even though I was feeling a bit uncomfortable due to the condition I had. They were able to solve my problem, and in addition to that, the team of nurses and doctors is excellent. From the moment you walk in, the attention you receive is incredible. I honestly can’t believe that you can arrive feeling down or worried because of how you feel, and leave happy thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the staff — especially the doctor who treated me, as well as the person who welcomed me from the very beginning and asked how they could help. I am truly impressed with this place. Hopefully I won’t need to return, but if I ever have to visit an urgent care again, I would definitely choose this one. Eating the whole time, laughing, and telling jokes as I am waiting for over an hour & half. The doctor is sitting taking notes and the other two are just joking around. Doctor was looking at me as if I was crazy or something for requesting what I needed. WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE EVER!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE !!! Worst experience in my life felt like I wasn’t even at a medical office. Talking about spicy chips & other random conversations and doing what they want it seems.the nurse opened the door hanging up a FaceTime call. They were all eating .. very unsanitary. They didn’t treat me with respect and had horrible attitudes. I wanted my information emailed to me and they couldn’t even email me.. we are in 2026

The worst check-in system in existence. Checked in online and in the queue for 9am, got here ten minutes before and let the receptionist know. Time passes and I get a text stating that I need to see receptionist because it’s past 9am so I did that again. Half hour passes and I get a text asking me why I missed my appointment and that I’m no longer in the queue. So I ask the receptionist again and she says it’s fine but she needs to check in the back. Still nothing… After waiting over an hour, I got to see the professionals and both (assistant and doc) were very knowledgeable and good. I wish they would fix the appointment handling process because this can be a great resource. However, as it is, there is no point in wasting hours to see them again.
