If I could, id give them 0 stars. Same as the previous review. A young doctor who clearly needs more experience swabbed me to see results. I HAVE A RESPIRATORY/SINUS INFECTION that requires antibiotics. She told me it would take a day for results but when I called they said they are backed up and would need more time! She prescribed me cough syrup and nasal spray which I told her I already have many of and to just prescribe ANTIBIOTICS! They said someone who call back smh. Just go somewhere else, a place where they actually care for you and listen to you!

Medi Station was awesome from beginning to end. I felt welcomed the moment I entered. The process was well explained and I received much needed assistance with my paper work. The doctor, the student doctor taking vitals and the phlebotomist/girl taking the blood were outstanding. I am accustomed doing blood work and let me just say I literally felt nothing at all. I had to look down to make sure that there was actually a needle in my arm. Super gentle. As a student they were transparent and provided me with all of my options so that I can make the decision on where to get my meds! Thank you to the Medi Station staff.

The lady in the front desk told me I had to leave because my baby boy was crying she told me the doctors were complaining about the noise , bad customer service they don’t know how to treat people or babies don’t bring your kids over here there’s a better urgent care on 125th st North Miami…… Mr. CEO of the worst urgent care, you are the one that’s incorrect………To whom it may concern My son was not pounding on your glass front door, was he running up and down yes he was, and as so I picked my baby boy up and placed him on me to sit your front desk receptionist (she was the only person working the front desk when my children and I arrived)did not say there’s was no rooms available, she did not tell me, could I please go to my car with my son, she did not say anything of which you are claiming she said. You sir or madam are incorrect, She told me that I needed to leave with my son that’s how she said, and it took a few seconds for that to register and when it did I got up with my baby boy and asked her could she elaborate, your employee/receptionist proceeded to inform me that yes my son’s crying was irritating everyone in the office and that it’s not fair to everyone here. You guys are a joke to the community, you don’t treat Mothers, kids, and elderly with compassion, understanding.people are in pain when we come to you, we want to feel welcome and me and my children didn’t feel that from this medical facility you might’ve succeeded in a few things but Treating people with kindness and understanding is something you cant do. Discrimination is what you succeeded in. I don’t mind talking to the actual person about this, but Mr/Ms tweeting fingers please stop with the gaslighting. Who ever is reading this please take your Family somewhere else

A great clinic. I’ve been treated well and effectively every visit. Some meds are on hand for purchase eliminating the need to wait on the pharmacy. Timely communication with your pharmacy if need be. Staff has always followed through with quick responses/results for any tests run as well. Highly recommended!

If you are looking to avoid a negative experience from the moment you arrive, I would not recommend this place. The initial interaction with the front desk staff felt unprofessional and lacking in courtesy. That being said, the ARNP was very kind and professional. She took her time during the examination and thoroughly explained my condition, which I truly appreciated. When seeking medical attention, especially while feeling unwell, one expects a higher standard of care, empathy, and respect at every level. Unfortunately, this was not consistently provided.
