I had a very positive experience at the Jackson Health Urgent Care in Coral Gables. The facility was clean, well organized, and the check-in process was efficient. The staff was professional and courteous throughout my visit. I would especially like to recognize Nurse Juan for his outstanding attention and care. He was kind, attentive, and took the time to clearly explain everything, which made the visit much more comfortable. His professionalism and compassion truly stood out. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care I received and would recommend this urgent care location to others.

Honestly the best urgent care experience I've had. From the moment of the intake, nurse Michelle was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable. She was super dedicated to making sure my wound care was done professionally and pain-free. Loved her! Dr. Colman heard all my concerns and addressed them fully, nice guy! 100% recommend

Professional and responsive location. Vacationing from out of town and was having a slight heart issue. Everyone was great. Nurse and doctor didn’t waste time checking me out. And the doctor (sorry forgot his name) took the time to explain the ekg and everything else involved. Actually asked questions and showed genuine concern. Hopefully you don’t need it, but this would be the place to go if you did!
