Was disappointed told the doctor what happened with my car accident but instead of paying attention to what I was telling her. I was there on injury's due to a car accident. She took my blood pressure which I feel she read it wrong. Took it twice instead of helping me on what I was there for she gave me a lecture about my blood pressure. I wasn't dizzy showing no problems so she had to be trying scare tactics on me. Then she says she wants me to go to emergency room because she was refusing to treat me cuz if something happen she would be blamed. I said so your not going to help me with my back pain she said no!!!? So I told her we were done and left. Went to Walgreens and self medicated myself. Got some heated back raps Walgreens brand back and hip. Also got Epson salt took hour soak when I got home put a wrap on before bed took some Kroger's extra strength Tylenol and called it a day. It sad when a doctor refuses to listen to me I think she was want to admit me to over dose me on something she told me I needed to go to emergency room let them handle it when I refused to let her drug me on meds for high blood pressure that would of been and ez excuse oh she died cuz her blood pressures to high wasn't my fault or the drugs I gave her lol I can here her already. Not my fault it's the reaction to the drugs???! She didn't eat right!! My family all of us live with high blood pressure if it was as high as she said it was I'd been stroking out yet I'm suppose to believe her. My back lady. Oh don't care bout your pain I can't kill you treating you for that. Sad. I like your hospital I have seen good doctors there. And they knew what they were doing this doctor must of been having a bad day glad Walgreens was close. Love my store. Thank you Walgreens.

This is my urgent care of choice! I’ve been here numerous times for flu, viral illnesses I thought were flu that weren’t, stomach flu, and migraines. They are very efficient at getting you in and out with the care and medication you need. I’ve gotten Tamiflu for flu, Zofran for vomiting, and shots for migraines at different times. They have their own pharmacy if you’re feeling icky and want to leave with your medicine instead of driving to your pharmacy to get it. I LOVE the convenient online scheduling. They have good hours of operation, and I’ve never had trouble finding an open appointment time the same day I look and want to go. Booking online has made wait time when I arrive very fast. Everyone has been very kind and caring from the front desk checkin to the nurses getting vitals and symptoms to the doctors/nurse practitioners/PAs providing care. I would absolutely encourage you to go here! There is also lots of parking. It’s nice not to worry about that when you feel sick. You can get a note for work/school if you ask.

I had a very positive experience at urgent care! The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I walked in. The provider (Gerri R.) took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely cared for! Unfortunately, I had to leave and come back a couple of hours later to avoid disciplinary action at work for being gone longing than 45 min. When I came back, there was no animosity or judgement. I truly appreciated the kindness and compassion shown during my visit! I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone needing prompt and quality medical attention. Thank you to all the staff that helped me on May 19, 2026 at 1645 and 1915.

All of the staff were terrific. From checking in, vitals, and seeing staff, was a seamless process. I was on my way home, and developed an ear infection. Lucky for me, this location was listed on the VA APP, and I'm glad this group chose to provide care for Veterans. Keep up the fantastic work.

Everyone was very pleasant. Short wait to be seen. Doctor was very friendly & professional. He diagnosed & explained my condition to me in a way I understood. Wrote a prescription & told me what else to do. 24 hrs. later & I already feel better than I have in 2 wks. This was at least the 4th time I’ve been seen & treated by Ascension Immediate Care doctors. Never disappointed . I trust them completely and highly recommend them.
