The doctors assistant, an older man was very kind to me and helpful even though I was frustrated with my health and cried in the office 😂 I am not used to much kindness in the medical field so it helped having someone like you. Wish I remembered your name it was a few days ago if you see this just know I appreciated you. Came in about my back, and you made me feel seen and understood even if there wasn’t much that could be done right there and then. The front desk lady was also sweet and silly and upbeat it made me feel welcomed. So again, thank you guys if I have to come back in the future I’d go here before anyone else ! 🖤

I called at 3:20 pm asking if I could still be seen after I noticed that the office closed at 4 pm. I made at 3:40. The staff was incredibly friendly and got me right in. As suspected I had fractured my foot. They provided me with a boot AND crutches so I don't have to go find those elsewhere. I would definitely go again if ever needed and recommend this location to everyone. 10 stars!

I was attended to by the provider pretty quickly. He was very professional and even better than the providers in my own doctor's office. He listened to my symptoms and addressed them. I am feeling much better.

Good walk-in clinics can be hard to find, especially one that will take you seriously! I really liked my experience here after bringing in my sick kiddo. They got us in very quick, the doc was very nice & I felt like he actually cared. Glad I decided to try it out for a change!

Care experience was great. Billing and the people who answer the phones, not so much. I left a billing voicemail last week, no response. I called on Tuesday 4/7 at 10:50am and got a voicemail message saying they’re “unfortunately closed” during normal business hours. I’m sure I have a balance due and would like to pay it so this private equity backed urgent care doesn’t have an excuse to send off a bill to collections.
