This urgent care is always good to us! The doctors/ PAs are always so kind. You get in and out pretty quickly. Although yesterday I had to bring my daughter in and the medical assistant doing her vitals and checking us into our room wasn’t very friendly. We have never dealt with her but she didn’t seem like she cared for children. All other staff is amazing though! We appreciate their services.

My experience with them could not have been better! I was a walk in, they got me in and out very promptly, everyone was friendly and so competent! I would recommend them highly to anyone needing care! Their lobby was so clean, comfortable, modern, and cool on a very hot day! Great job all around!

I needed to have my daughter seen for an ear infection on New Year’s Eve around 6 pm, and this was one of the only urgent care locations open. I explained that we needed to be seen quickly so her prescription could be sent to the pharmacy before it closed at 8 pm, and they were able to make that happen. Even though they were out of network, it was still cheaper and much faster than going to the ER. The staff was wonderful, and the facility was very clean and well maintained. The next day on New Year’s Day, I had to call to get her prescription changed and was pleasantly surprised they were open. The staff took my message right away, the prescription was updated, and the provider even called me personally to confirm the change. I will definitely come back here if we need urgent care again.

Outstanding urgent medical care !!! We were in Wichita Kansas from California visiting our daughter and grandchildren when I developed an abcesss in my outer ear. The Hylo medical staff very quickly and efficiently successfully treated my medical condition while also processing my Medicare and Supplement Insurance coverages. The entire process took about an hour. We paid no out-of-pocket costs for their services and later picked up the proscribed antibiotics at Walgreens for only $2.

The PA who saw me was thorough and kind. I feel I received goos care. However both times I have been to this location I have waited over two hours and had to point it out before I was seen. If I hadn't spoke up I dont know how long I would have waited. It really stinks being sick and feeling bad and having to sit in a waiting room for two hours. Also I always fear im going to catch something else the longer I sit there during flu season.
