The aid asked my child if she wore glasses or contacts.. while my daughter had glasses on. Couldn't even respect my child enough to look at her. Or see the consumers face. The aprn was just as rude. She came in harsh and abrasive -- informing me I need to complete all the yes's on my daughter's physical form, I informed her I completed them. She then points aggressively at a spot that requires you to explain the marked yes's little did she know it was on the back side of the form - per forms statement if not allowed enough room utilize the back of the form. Not very customer friendly. The receptionist called my daughter a “he” more than once and I corrected her each time. Never informed me of when she was done checking her in, had me standing at the window. I asked twice if I was still needed and she replied I’m not done checking her in.. overall the experience was not nice. we did get in and out rather quickly with appointment (I scheduled ahead and paid cash). Just all together felt like we were “trash” or an inconvenience. And to finish it off — my daughters physical was not completed because she had surgery and the aprn didn’t have release from surgeon, I informed her of release and that the school was provided documentation of release. Her snarky remarks and facial expressions weren’t warranted or necessary.

This was by far the best minor emergency.I have ever visited in wichita.Kansas, the front desk staff was super friendly.The nurses were super friendly.The nurse practitioner was amazing.I did not feel rushed.I felt like I understood every question that I asked and was well informed. Usually I get treated. Differently, by the way, I look because of my tattoos. But not this place. You definitely get more one on one care.Then, you would in an e r setting. I walked in checking process was simple and easy and fast I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes. What definitely recommends a family and friends

I was on vacation and suffered an injury, so I was expecting a headache while dealing with trying to get treatment. This process was seamless. First, scheduling was straight forward with no issues. Their staff was friendly, and very thorough, especially Mike! He handled my case from taking my initial vitals all the way through X-rays, and fitting me with a brace and protective devices. He did an amazing job of explaining and breaking everything down as well as letting me know my options, and what to expect. Mike was extremely professional, and he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and to make sure I was taken care of. 5 star treatment! Thank you!

Glass partition at receptionist needs improved. She could not hear me and I could not hear her. Both of us raising our voices eliminated privacy in the reception room. Otherwise, experience was very excellent. Workers' friendliness seemed authentic. Processing me through was efficient.

They were really nice but I told the nurse I took prenatals assuming he would know that Im pregnant because he asked what prescription i take. They transferred medicine to Walgreens but when I got there i couldn’t get my medicine. 5 prescriptions. I called them and I said I thought by saying I took prenatals that meant I was pregnant but she said no not necessarily. They sent a new prescription that they said I could have. But when I got there I couldnt get that one either. But the pharmacist told me that the last one they got wasn’t going to help with the itching or swelling or it spreading even more. It was just to help prevent infections. Even the pharmacist told me he would just go somewhere else to get medicine and a second opinion. I have a staff infection or fungi all over my body. I’m in pain and it itches 24/7 really bad. When I scratch liquid comes out. Now I have to go to the E.R because I need medicine asap. I can’t even sleep at night and on top of everything Im pregnant and I have some rashes on my stomach that covers literally half of my stomach/body. I have it on my face ears legs ankles hands arms back chest boobs my sides. It’s everywhere. Even behind my legs. I will never go back. Nor will I recommend this place to anyone period. I am beyond irritated and very disappointed
