I went to this clinic to get a TB blood test, but they clearly don’t know how to handle specimens properly. The first time, they failed to place my specimen on ice, so Quest lab rejected it. The second time, they foolishly put it in the refrigerator, causing it to freeze—and it got rejected again. In the end, I had to go to Quest lab myself to get the blood drawn. Dana, the NP who works at this little clinic, doesn’t know how to manage specimens. Don’t waste your time or money here!

First time visiting a 'Little Clinic' and I was very impressed. This location was the only one in town that had a same day appt left; I showed 10 minutes early and was helped immediately. Check in was a breeze and the employees were very nice. Audrey, the NP on staff was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Great experience.

Went here with symptoms of a sinus infection. The nurse said that 8 days wasn't long enough for it to be bacterial and sent me off with a steroid that did very little. Two weeks later and symptoms still persisted. Got an antibiotic from another Little Clinic and finally started to get some relief. Also, HORRIBLE billing practices. They sent me to collections for my copay, even though it hasn't even been 30 days since the date of service. They didn't send a paper bill, I don't even think I got an email that I had a balance due. I'm not sure why the front desk person didn't collect the copay at the time of service, I was more than prepared to pay it. Definitely won't be visiting this particular clinic again.

Quick easy check in, waited like 5 minutes was seen helped me right away. Very professional front desk lady and the physicians. I didn't feel rushed at all they listened to what I had going and fixed me right up. And made sure I had enough meds for my traveling trip. Will use them in the future.

My first time ever going there and it was quick and easy. The receptionist was so sweet and the Dr was awesome. If I ever have to go to a urgent care place again I will definitely go there. Thank you so much!
