Vivienne Ayala 2 years agoDoes anyone answer the phone? Spent my entire lunch hour waiting for the phone to be picked up. And yes I checked their lunch hours, and they don’t conflict with my lunch hour. A lady finally answered the phone, she seemed flustered and busy. On that note, just because you’re busy doesn’t mean you should give attitude over the phone. Lots of sighs when I would ask a question. She acted like I was inconveniencing her. I asked when I was last seen there and my balance. So when I was given attitude I matched hers. I asked for a confirmation number for payment and another big sigh. I was told they don’t have those and I can come in and get a receipt. I asked if I could have it mailed and she said if it gets lost in the mail it’s not our fault. Weird. I’m 24 years old and she sounded about the same age as me 20-35 years old. I don’t understand why people my age show that they’re flustered. When you are at your job you should be professional. Actually crazy to me how different everyone’s work ethic is.
Sharon Wyatt a year agoNot one person that I had contact with washed her hands! The tech who took my vital signs and short history didn't wash her hands before she touched me or afterwards. She didn't even introduce herself didn't have a visible name tag. The nurse practioner didn't wash her hands either. Before she left the exam room I said it concerned me that neither of them washed their hands...she said 'I washed hands in the other room before I came in to see you' then said she washes her hands in the other room after the exam! So, you wash your hands, touch a doorknob others have touched, complete your exam, type on your little tablet, touch the doorknob again to exit the exam room to go to another room to wash your hands?? I wonder what your policy states about hand washing or what a state surveyor would think of your practice?
Matthew Teller 2 years agoAfter trying for three days to get an appointment at the "walk in" clinic that they don't cancel 24hrs out, I finally got an appointment for today. The only time they have available absolutely did not work for my work schedule. So I figured I'd press my luck and show up right when they opened. I walked in at 8:26am. The girl at the front desk told me to sit and wait and they'd see if they could get me in if they don't have a busy schedule. The provider walked in at exactly 8:30 and began setting up the clinic without a word to me or the receptionist. About five minutes later the receptionist asked me my name and when my appointment was, saying she couldn't find me at all and that they wouldn't have time to see me this morning. There was absolutely no one else there. By the time I finished my shopping about 15 minutes later, there was still no one else there. All I have is a sinus infection/ear block. It could have been dealt with in five minutes if they could have been bothered to open at opening time. This is the third time in as many years I've had this same experience. I can't fathom why I keep trying. Save your time and go anywhere else in town.
Jen a year agoThe quickest visit i’ve ever had at any clinic! I took my 3 year old in for earache and turns out it was an ear infection! My daughter is scared of doctors but the doctor we saw was amazing with her! We went to get her prescription TWICE at walgreens and both times they said they didn’t receive it. I called the clinic & realized they close in 10/15 mins but i needed to figure out the issue and the woman i spoke with (Ruth Roslyn i believe) let me know they did send it out but would re send it and she even CALLED and stayed on hold & offered to stay on hold past closing to figure it out for me. She called me AFTER the clinic closed to let me know walgreens wasn’t answering so we’re decided to send it to dillions pharmacy. My experience was 10/10 with the little clinic and i would recommend them to every one!!
