It’s the Sunday before the Monday celebration for Memorial Day. I need a prescription for an infection before Tuesday! I’m new to west Wichita. Don’t want to be tied up in an ER for hours. (However, worth the wait when you need one.) So, I tried the West Wichita Care Clinic. The receptionist was welcoming and efficient. The paperwork was easy to complete. Even though the waiting room was stacked with patients, I was in and out in less than an hour. With my prescription. The doctor and nurses were also efficient. I didn’t feel rushed. If you are in need of walk-in care, the West Wichita Minor Care Clinic is a great option!

I’m a patient of West Wichita Family Physicians so when I can I go to their minor emergency center. They have my records and it makes things easier for all of us. I fell and injured my ribs and when I went to the clinic, the physician said well you know football players break their ribs all the time and they go back into the game and play. I did not find that very reassuring as I am 63 years old. I felt like there was zero empathy coming from the doctor. I felt like he was too much Dr and not enough person. I don’t care how many times you’ve seen a broken rib. It was my first time. Please take note.

I've used this walk in clinic several times for respiratory illnesses. They have the ability to perform chest X-rays on site which is a bonus. The staff are friendly and the care received has been top notch.

It was super busy and when we got into a room the nurse and Doctor was super. The waiting time was a little long but after getting into a room it was very pleasant, thank you

Do not go here. I repeat don't go here. You will be treated with disrespect and very poor treatment. A nightmare to say the least. STAY AWAY!!!! I went here after I fell on my knee. I broke my leg a couple months b4. I tired to explain it was a different injury. The Quack walked in and said your pain is a long way from the break in my leg. He said I can't help you and said something about pills. He said your not getting what u want. I said I didn't ask for anything. Disrespect from the second I walked in
