Absolutely unprofessional. Had an 8am appt pre-booked. No one was here at all. 2 cars finally pulled in around 8am, went into the building. Still, door is locked, lights are completely out. It's now 8:25, STILL standing at their locked door, no lights on. What was the point of making an appointment? There website and their doors say 8am to 8pm. Would never recommend this location. Never had an issue at the Derby location. The lack of professionalism and empathy and consideration for someone's time says it all.

Very precise took very good care of my daughter and myself when I was seen I would definitely recommend anyone to go there. The doctors and the staff is amazing. They will cater to you every knee no matter what condition you’re in. They are Patient and caring and kind pay attention to every detail for my anxiety was so high, and I was scared to death. All I know is when I left I’m looking into the eyes are the ones taking care of me I felt calm in my heart. To know I was OK my daughter was OK and yes, they know what they’re doing. I’m proud to have gone there and grateful for that out for the staff and the doctors and nurses are committed thoroughly. Thank you.

Great service! Fast but thorough care. From the friendly front office clerk to the triage and finally the PA, all were professional and caring staff.I especially appreciate the front office clerk for helping me understand the billing as this was my first visit.

Wow the ladies at the front desk really act like it’s a bother when you walk through the door. No one greets you I stood there for five minutes after asking if I need to fill out paperwork and being ignored. She finally printed something for me and slammed it down. This is why Haysville can’t keep these places open. I asked if they take insurance, again ignored then said that’s $35. Usually when people come to these places they don’t want to be here either and are usually not feeling the best let’s try to at least be decent humans when we are being paid to do a job!

I was in rough shape with a severe poison ivy reaction on the day I visited Xpress Wellness in Haysville. The staff at reception needed my insurance info but made the process friendly and expedient. The intake nurse assessed my condition while find out out how it had progressed, and in very short order the provider had a treatment plan ready and a prescription being filled for me. It was a two-week trek from bad to good- but they brought me through it with comfort and relief. They were exactly who I needed them to be on the worst kind of day, and I will definitely continue to use and recommend them.
