What a welcoming trip to Advent Centracare this morning. Brought my son in to be treated for an ear infection, and ive got to say this was the BEST experience weve had here. The attitudes and courtesy of the staff was the best ive seen in a long time. A big thank you to the staff for being so kind to me and my boy! God bless.

Let me start with I have gone to many urgent cares across the country in my days for myself and two kids while in the military life… this is the best urgent care I have ever been to. From Angela at the front desk, to Tasha the MA, to my provider, Sylvia… everyone was so sweet and helpful. I was in and out in around an hour with answers and medication to get me fixed up. Superb customer service! If I’m ever in need of care urgently, I’ll be back here 100%.

I visited Centra Care Urgent Care in Shawnee Kansas. I was greeted cheerfully by the receptionist, moved quickly into a treatment room where my condition was quickly evaluated by clinic staff. Treatment was discussed by Dr Silvie and other staff; then procedures were started and completed forthwith. All during my visit each staff member was professionally competent and very friendly. I would highly recommend Centra Care Shawnee for your urgent care needs. Great Job by ALL concerned!

Sylvia Gillis was absolutely incredible. It was a bit of a wait as she was the only provider today but still managed to take care of me. She was kind, compassionate and the staff was equally amazing here.

The staff were so sweet and incredibly efficient. They checked me in within minutes of arriving and I finished my appointment before it was even time to be seen! Best urgent care experience I have ever had!
