It was a wonderful experience, despite being there because I needed some care. All three people I encountered were awesome! The office person upfront was an absolute gem! The triage person probably a nurse was very helpful. My provider took great care of me. I enjoyed the service.

Was in and out quickly. Both the nurse and the PA listened to my concerns and genuinely seemed to care. Great service! My only complaint is that CareNow won't allow you to schedule an appointment for the following day. This is a corporate issue, not a clinic specific one.

The staff are wonderful people, the clinic is so clean and well kept, just very professional. I was stressed when I came in because of all the paperwork which was more my company’s fault. (Im a travel nurse) they ordered more things without telling me. Staff was still nice To me. I appreciate people who are professional and who smile. I can still learn from them! Every once in a while I need a wake up call and this was one!!!

I have visited CareNow Urgent Care in Prairie Village several times and had outstanding service, start to finish. The staff and Drs were kind, knowledgeable, and very efficient.

All of the staff here are great! The wait was short, the nurses were kind, and the facility was very clean. Fortunately, I only had to have testing for work, but if I ever need to come for a true medical reason I plan to return. Great urgent care experience!
