This was my first time coming to this location for pre employment screening. The staff left a great impression on me and made the process seamless. Everyone I encountered, from Cynthia at the front desk to Syndey and Tasha taking care of me had great attitudes and were very professional.

My husband Richard needed urgent care, and it was our first visit to CareNow at State Line Road. It may be strange to say, but it was actually a delightful visit, from start to finish! I called the clinic beforehand, to find out the procedures and what we needed to bring. Kionna was friendly and thorough, telling us what we needed to bring with us, that yes, we could walk in and didn't need to make an appointment online, and that there wasn't a long wait at the moment. It was only 10 minutes from our house to the clinic, and when we arrived, Kionna was at the front desk to welcome us. Both my husband and I are somewhat cyber-challenged, so Kionna kindly assisted us in checking in on the electronic tablet. After a short wait, Liz brought us back to the examination room. She assessed all of Richard's vital signs, took a thorough medical history, and ascertained his chief complaint/reason for the visit. We had brought some paperwork that turned out to be helpful (a CT scan report, a summary of his past medical and surgical history, and medications list). Liz was able to make copies of all these and thanked us for having them with us. She gave Richard ample opportunity to explain his present condition, in his own words, which both of us really appreciated. Within a few minutes, Dr Robb arrived to examine Richard. She was friendly and efficient, targeting her questions to quickly determine the cause of his symptoms (which was a benign condition). Her examination confirmed her suspicions, and she gave us her recommendations for home treatment. Richard has been following those recommendations, and he no longer has his symptoms. He feels completely well, and we credit the excellent staff at CareNow for his improvement! I happened to look at my watch when we arrived, and then again when we left, and our entire encounter took less than 45 minutes. Fantastic! The clinic itself is clean, bright, and uncluttered, with chairs set strategically so that the waiting area never feels crowded. The exam room was actually comfortable, and having our discharge paperwork available before we left was very helpful. Many, many thanks to the entire staff at CareNow Urgent Care on State Line Road for their exemplary competence and care of their clients. We hope we don't have to utilize their services again, but if we ever do need urgent care, we'll know exactly where to go to receive excellent care. Thank you so much!

Had a very satisfying experience at CARE NOW Yesterday-Shakeyia (SP) at the front desk helped me with my paperwork and made me feel welcome. PA Brenda ran the tests and provided me with a solution, in a very professional manner. Thanks-the young man on duty was very thorough and kind.

Needed breathing treatment for asthma. Staff great to work with from the ladies who checked me in, nursing staff and Dr. Robb. This was a Saturday morning and I actually experienced no wait after checking in and driving from 15 minutes away.
