Quick visit for a pre-employment drug screening. It was fast. The young ladies at the reception desk were very friendly and efficient. The nurse who took care of me couldn’t have been sweeter or more attentive. I would give more stars if I could!

I was in for a work related incident and the staff and nurses at this location were both very helpful in getting setup as well as super kind and supportive. The dr I was with was very straightforward and answered all questions. I always feel welcomed and taken care of each time I have visited and that is so helpful when dealing with an injury! Thank you to all the nurses and staff here!

I want to start by saying the front desk staff were very kind, communicative, and clearly trying their best throughout the process. However, the overall wait times were unacceptable. On Friday, I spent nearly three hours at the clinic from 2 PM to 5 PM, filled out paperwork twice, and ultimately left without being seen after being told injuries had come in and I had been bumped again. I was then told to return Monday morning and would be the first patient seen for a simple physical. I arrived at 8 AM Monday and still did not leave until 9:30 AM. The physical itself took less than five minutes. I understand urgent care settings can become busy, but for routine occupational services, this level of waiting feels extremely inefficient. I’ve had the same services completed at other clinics in 15–30 minutes. Again, the staff were friendly and professional, but based on the excessive wait times alone, I would not choose to return to this location.

Waited for 3 hours and dr. Nancy Morgan wasn't nice. She didn’t even introduce herself. She seems soulless and didn’t take time to explain me anything. I don’t recommend this place and I won’t be going back. I feel bad for people who are truly ill and have to deal with doctors like her.

My visit was awesome Took the shortest time possible The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming warm and friendly. Given a chance, I will choose concentra over and over.
