I went in for a pre job drug screen. The ladies at the front desk were so fun to be around. They seemed very much to a great working relationship. Yet there were very good at there jobs. I am older and I am not good with technology one of the young ladies noticed I was struggling with the paperwork so without asking when I finally reached out for help it had already been completed. There laughter was infectious As I completed my test I stopped at the front desk and ask them where I could get what they had. A love and caring for one another you dont see especially in a medical clinic

I was there for a work, blood draw, There was a bit of a mixup from the company as far as what type of check was needed. But thankfully, I was able to get rectified by the company pretty quickly and then get my stuff taken care of quickly and then I was in and out of there in no time. I appreciate the efficiency to get the staff and the attention to detail. I definitely would refer them to other people.

Over a period of 2 years and 2 different locations, biggest indications for me was the consistent personal and positive attitudes of the staff and therapists I encountered. That made it very noticeable for me. With the numbers of people been handled in these Clinics I am amazed at the focus and professionalism executed every day regardless of the challenges that always exist in a high volume care center. Thanks for the great service, These type of facilities have a great turn over rate and of the few I have experienced, Concentra is far above anything I have experience before.

All the staff is cool. You are in and out fast. The office is crowded most times I went don't be alarmed. They are quick and know what they are doing. They have snacks. This is the best one to me.

I came here for a DOT physical and drug test. The front office staff was very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and everyone at the desk was kind and professional, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the appointment itself took over two hours for what should have been a straightforward visit. Multiple patients who arrived after me were seen and finished before I was, which was frustrating. I was assigned to a very talkative doctor. While I understand being personable, some of the conversation felt unrelated to the purpose of my visit. At one point, the doctor came out to the waiting room and spoke to my partner about me, saying that “he’s had a lot of heartbreak.” Even though no other patients were in the room at that moment, it still felt inappropriate and unprofessional to discuss personal information in that way. It made me uncomfortable and didn’t seem relevant to a DOT physical or drug screening. The front office staff was great, but the long wait time and lack of discretion during my appointment made the overall experience disappointing.
