I’m writing this review as I’m sitting with my husband in a room - he and I can literally hear the nurses talking trash about patients. Professionalism from staff seems to have been left out the door the moment they clocked in for their shift. Ladies, pls do better, imagine if someone treated your loved ones like you did to the patients here today. I get it, I work face to face with people all day everyday and treat ppl with respect hoping that would be reciprocated to me. The nurse that came to grab my husband starting speaking to the check in person at the counter saying “I guess I need to come get…” she’s just mumbling to the person. So I tap my husband and he says “Yes me?” And she says “if you want to go to the back” She proceeds to mumble and stay rude in the room while getting vitals. Need I mention, that the room was filthy. Stains on the floor, and dust and hairballs all over. Now I understand why this location has 2 stars. Aside from the nurses terrible bed side manner, Travis Jacobs was courteous and upbeat during diagnosis he was the ONLY positive in today’s experience. I’ve learned my lesson about picking a center out of convenience and not paying attention to reviews. You may be “in-network” but definitely OUT of it now from today experience.

Came yesterday (sunday) around 10:30 to get tested for strep. I don’t think i waited for more than 30 minutes. Very nice front desk people, and the doctor himself was sweet. It was quick and I greatly enjoyed my experience. UPDATE - Unfortunately I have to update my prior positive review. I came here Sunday around 5:40, when they closed at 6:00. I understand people coming before you close can be frustrating, but I had no other option. The nurse who brought me to the room and took my vitals was beyond rude. She was an older woman, with a "Karen" haircut, and brownish/orange cut. I thanked her for taking me and apologized for coming right before they closed, and explained my cough was unbearable, and she said "I don't really have a choice, you already walked through my door". Once inside my room, she asked for my symptoms and what not, and once I explained one of my symptoms she gave me the nastiest looked and raised her eyebrows at me. At that point I should have asked to go back to the front and get my money back, as I paid $50.00, but I continued. The PA was nice to me, but they didn't give me a prescription and just sent the medications to my normal pharmacy, which was closed as it was Sunday night, so I couldn't even get my medications until the next morning. What's the point of going to urgent care if I can't get medications to help me now? Really upsetting as I have been here before and left a great review.

We made the move here from Northwest Arkansas back in January, and unfortunately, both my fiance and I ended up getting the flu. Despite this, we hadn't managed to get a primary care doctor established up here quite yet. We were recommended this urgent care clinic, and it has definitely not disappointed us. I really feel like I'm actually receiving the level of care I need when I go in, and the best part is that I don't have to wait for an astronomical amount of time to get it. It's really clear that the nurses and doctor working here genuinely enjoy their work, and based on that, they wholeheartedly recommend this urgent care facility to anyone who's looking for a good option in the North Kansas City area. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

The front staff and NP Thomas were all very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. They were efficient at getting me in and caring for my shoulder injury. I really appreciated how they carefully researched any questions I had that they were unsure about. I will be returning if I have a need and recommend them to anyone looking for urgent care.

Made an appointment due to headache, sore throat and body aches. The first nurse I saw barely gave me the time of day - very gruff. Asked me what tests I wanted! How should I know,  I came here because you are the medical professionals! They never took my temperature to see if I had a fever. Finally ran strep, flu and Covid tests because I asked them to! When they came back negative they said oh well just rest. Horrible medical service!
