I took my wife to the emergency room. Quick entry. Quick diagnosis. Good and Quick treatment. Update – April 10, 2026: I returned to the ER, this time for me. Once again the experience was excellent. The check-in staff member was very friendly and personable, and the triage nurse was quick and clearly very knowledgeable. Once I was in a treatment room, my nurse, Laura, was outstanding—efficient, attentive, and genuinely focused on keeping me comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Dustin Urban was also excellent. He was not only very skilled but took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail. Every part of this visit went smoothly, and I honestly can’t think of anything that could have been done better. Thank you to the entire team for the great care.

My son was treated in a timely manner with a lot of TLC. They explained every procedure that needed to occur and ensured he understood as well. When he had to be transferred to another hospital, the Physician personally called me to ensure we made it to Children's Mercy. I'd like to especially thank Zara, Patrick and Kelli for their kindness and excellent customer service.

I think the actual doctor was very inconsiderate. He did not listen to what was wrong nor fixed the problem and stated that he wasn’t gonna fix the problem unless it was something more than what I came for and then tried to send me home before the results came back like where he was in a clinic think that was very unprofessional and that’s not the way that you are Works. It’s called emergency not clinic. No send me home to wait on labs that I’m there to get so he can know what to do. I was very hurt and sick. I received no medicine while I was there I have bronchitis. I got a second opinion and they said that I did. I let him know that the only reason why I couldn’t hear it cause I did a breathing treatment before I came. I have been throwing up all week coughing all night and all I asked for was some Robitussin pearls or something to help with the cough, I receive neither

I arrived early and was taken back immediately. I received very good care. Tests were ordered and carried out in good time. Went home with follow up appointment already scheduled

I was miserable there. Frozen, not feeling well and the monitor stuck on alarm because of an high blood pressure. It was taken hours ago. But when I started feeling really sick again on Monday. Thoughts of being in a emergency room kept me at home. I wasn't going until I felt death was close.
