The online form to check-in/make appointments doesn’t work. I got error messages every time I tried to fill it out and I did try using multiple web browsers. I went in person assuming this was an urgent care, as Google said it was, and found out it was really more of a clinic and the soonest appointment time was much later that day. It was also difficult to find the actual spot inside Hyvee where this place was. 0/10.

Used to love coming here. It's right across from my primary doctor and she tells me to come here. Unfortunately, it looks like I'll have to find somewhere else since Ashley refuses to write me a work note. She said "it's unethical because we can't treat you here so I won't be giving you a work note." That was when I came in per my Doctors' orders after they confirmed I had high wbc along with symptoms. Recently, I tried this clinic again and well, Ashley must be working all the shifts. I came in with symptoms of bubbling inhales , cold sweats, projectile puking, inability to sleep and inability to breathe without my chest being on fire. Ashley was pretty cold towards me, I'm sure she remembered me. She made it apparent to not make eye contact with me and avoided the work note. I suppose she ignores my primary Doctor's notes and recognition that I have something wrong with my autoimmune system but instead thinks I fake being sick and I just enjoy the $30 co pay. I won't be coming back here. It's hard enough trying to get back to health. I don't have the energy to convince that nurse that I am sick.

Vanessa is wonderful, she takes the time to ask and answer questions, which is much appreciated in the oftentimes hurried landscape of healthcare! The patient registrar was friendly and let me know what to expect on wait time. It’s very convenient to check-in for an appointment online and they’re located next to the pharmacy, making the script process easy as well.

The Nurse Practitioners here are the absolute best. I saw Ashlee yesterday and she was thorough and efficient. I am so thankful that NKC Health continues to have this option for healthcare.

This is not express care. This is not a walk-in clinic. You must have an appointment to be seen. I am not writing this for a snarky response from the clinic. I’m writing this review to help others since when I googled “walk-in clinics near me”, this option came up.
