I visited yesterday for what I knew what a sinus infection. I've had enough of them to know and had all the symptoms. I was first seen by a student who checked my vitals, asked me various questions, and did an initial exam, which didn't include looking in my nose (?). Then the nurse practitioner came in and without checking me herself, said I was only experiencing allergies. I've had allergies my entire life and knew this was something more. I asked her to look in my nose and she did and still said it was allergies. I felt like what I was saying and how I was feeling were completely dismissed. She wrote me a prescription for steroids and an antibiotic if I wasn't better in a few days. I visited an ENT today for an unrelated reason and as soon as he looked in my nose he knew I had a sinus infection. This is the second time I've visited this clinic as it's close to my house and fairly easy to get into, but both times I've been told I was fine and have been misdiagnosed. I would not recommend coming here.

Nikki was an incredible urgent care doctor and I got absolutely everything i was looking for. Shaylaine was also absolutely great at the front.

They don't listen..... I've been getting sinus infections and bronchitis my whole life. I've had problems getting them kicked (it can stay for 3-4 months) with most frontline antibiotics I asked for what I knew works. I was dismissed and given something else. I'm still sick. I'm getting a lot of comments at work as I'm constantly coughing. I've been sick for 3 weeks now. My insurance doesn't cover anything so I'm a cash patient. I called and asked if I could have a follow up visit and explained the situation. I was invited to pay full price for another visit which is $143. I've looked at the other reviews and St Lukes seems to respond saying that they'd like to help and to contact their team to help resolve. Perhaps instead of responding here, maybe empower your team to help when people call in and ask for it. BTW Parking is great!

Very poor care. Came in for severe shortness of breath, very low urine output and no bowel movements. The PA read my health history back to me and ranted about my discontinuance of drugs years before. After an hour she told me they had no Radiology facility, which I had requested when I came in. Referred me to a different facility. Told me it was probably a cold, but I should have my heart checked. Then I received charges, and charges, and more charges, when she said I’d only be charged for the X-ray at the other facility. Since I was no better a month later, I went to another care facility, where they immediately recognized I had congestive heart failure, and admitted me to a hospital for evaluation. I will not return to St. Luke’s again if I can possibly help it!

Care provider was professio al and courteous. Exam was not hurried and care provider carefully listened and communicated well. Took time to make a referral and provide thoughtful feedback. 4 stars since the waiting area was not as clean as it could be or should have been. otherwise, positive experience.
