I had a procedure with anesthesia at St. Joseph Medical Center today. I give them the highest rating possible because everyone from check--in, the person wheeling me to the surgery waiting room then back to the room, to all of the nurses, IV team, Anesthesiologist, everyone in the recovery room, and of course, my doctor, gave me the highest quality of care. All areas of the hospital that I encountered were clean. They made sure I was warm and comfortable at all times. Top notch service all the way around. Thank you to everyone that took care of me today and prior to my procedure date. I would highly recommend this hospital for procedures and surgeries. I forgot to mention the person from pre-registration and the pre-anesthesia nurse that called prior to my procedure date. There's nothing anyone could have done to make this experience any better. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

The experiences I have had with the St Joseph’s outpatient surgery department over the last 3 years have been nothing shy of amazing. Nursing staff (pre-, post- and during surgery is friendly and so talented at what they do. Admitting - easy. Doctors - anesthesia and my gastroenterologist - took such good care of me. Can’t speak highly enough of my time there over the last few years.

I had to come into the ER for a silly reason. The staff were very quick to assess and reassuring that I did the right thing by getting it checked out (hate to waste ER resources if unneeded). My nurse John, all the techs, and Dr. Cochran were great to work with and got me the medication and peace of mind I needed, and helped coordinate follow up care with a specialist. Very fortunate to have this ER down the road from me!

Great experience at St. Joseph Physical Therapy. The staff is professional and very supportive. A special thank you to Kevin for his excellent care and dedication. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and always takes the time to explain the exercises and treatment plan clearly. His guidance has really helped my recovery. I also appreciate John and the team for their support. Highly recommend!

I experienced a fall today and injury to leg. I couldn't hardley walk... I had to visit the Er. My husband pulled up and I tried to get out of the car , immediately I was met by a warm smile asking if I need help. My stress level began to drop. A chair to take me in was brought in . I was seen immediately and every person who I encountered was kind and helped me feel I was in good hands! IXray was done by Linzy and Meaghan and they were amazing! Dr Corcan was so kind and caring. The lady who took insurance was so sweet and patience of a saint. Lastly i'm sad that I did not write down the 2 nurses names , who put my splint on . They were super heros! So kind and thoughtful of my pain and stress. Angels! If you can find out who I'm talking about please give them praise! I came in on Sunday at around 2pm fell down the stairs and broke my fibula and sprained ankle 🙃. St Joseph Hospital is number 1 in my book for quality patient care and customer service ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
