Was on waiting list for 1 hour then got a call to go down in person to ensure I would get in due to being on the waiting list. Got there and the urgent care front desk said they are full. I called the doctor that said I was able to go and said they do not communicate with them so I went down there for nothing then they thought I would want to drive 30 minutes out of the way to go to shawnee im like no especially if I am possibly not going g to be able to get in again absolutely not. Then they said you could go to the ER I said I'm not going to the ER fropossible strept or bronchitis I could have just stayed home and rested and made an appointment. Always just make an appointment unless you are doing a walk in at the time of open and then wait all day still probably appointment will be everybody's best bet since communication doesn't happen there.

Both times I've visited this location I've had good experiences. Both times my wait was less than 25 minutes. You can tell that the provider, Dr. Marc Enyart truly cares about his patients. He does a good job explaining what's going on and further courses of treatment. Would recommend.

Best health care experience I have had in KC. Suad, Tricia, and Caitlin were all outstanding and professional. To say Tricia went above and beyond would be an understatement. She ran around everywhere on a busy morning getting me second, third, and fourth opinions. Very grateful for my care team, can’t say enough good things.

Everytime I have been here I have been treated very well. I have seen the Doctors within minutes of my scheduled appointment times. Thank you to everyone that works there. I appreciate what you do!

I arrived at around 7:30 pm today and it was closed despite online hours saying they were open until 9. My boyfriend had to endure 30 min car ride while in pain despite the online status showing as open
