Incredibly positive experience here! I was seen during flu season for a sore throat and ear pain. There were masks and hand sanitizer provided outside the door. There was plenty of space to distance within the check-in and waiting areas. I was seen within time estimate to be seen given at check-in, actually about 5 minutes quicker. I felt listened to for my concerns and he process was incredibly smooth and efficient. My strep test results were back quickly and the health care team answered all of my questions thoroughly! I would return and recommend to anyone needing priority care!

They turn away people who even have appointments if the appointment may include more than bare minimum effort. Dropped off my girl who has cancer and they didn't treat her. Or help her. And she's been falling.

I have had pretty good luck the last few times or first few times I have gone here but today was the worst treatment I have ever had in my life the doctor was so in was so completely out of line and incoherent interrupting me not letting me finish not letting me tell her my situation and never did a freaking thing for me nothing take some Sudafed and go on your way take some Zyrtec and be on your way you'll be fine I have Stevens Johnson syndrome and I have pressure behind my eyes that I have had this for over 2 weeks my regular eye doctor told me to go to the Urgent Care order a regular doctor so I went to the Urgent Care so it would be better for my doctor I am going to my doctor and over riding with this irresponsible doctor or whatever nurse practitioner is at this 42nd and L urgent care facility this morning at 10:15 a.m. I don't care who knows my name she was very incompetent I cannot believe I even went there for that I get it it's not like I was trying to ask for a methadone or some pain medicine or so narcotic I just wanted to antibiotic so I could get through without losing my other eye because the pressure in my head from last year I lost my eyeball I am so upset I hope people read this I hope somebody talks to this nurse practitioner doctor I do not know where their name is but she was very incompetent terrible terrible

Me and my family has used this urgent care location multiple times and have had great experiences. We get in with little wait and receive the attention we need. I even brought in a gravely ill family member once who refused to go to the hospital and not only did the doctor kindly reveiw the case but helped the patient to understand why they needed hospital care then got us an ambulance which ended up saving her life. Nowhere is perfect but these folks do a good job!

Got good care and would go back. Got sick while on Christmas break from Arkansas.
