Love love love ! Dr. Moseman, her nurses and assistants were all amazing. Everyone is so kind. They cared a lot about my condition and were super open about next steps, treatment requirements, and best at home practices to help my back heal! Clean, kind and transparent. A fantastic place to have your health cared for!!

Great communication, quick and easy process getting signed up as a new patient. Everyone there was really nice and the facility is clean and welcoming. Very reasonably priced care for someone without insurance too!

This was my first time visiting Heartland Emergicare. I was very pleased with the care at Heartland Emergicare. The Doctor was very personable and professional. I got in quick and didn’t have to wait to long before nurse/Doctor were in to talk to me.

Spoke with the staff on the phone before going in and the staff were very friendly and efficient. I arrived and I noticed that parking was a little bit slim but I was able to find a space close to the door so I didn't have to worry about walking too far which is great because I had broke I was created immediately experiencing some pain which I would find out later was due to a broken foot. Of course there was the usual paperwork to fill out, especially as a first time patient, but the staff made it go very quickly and it wasn't difficult. As soon as the paperwork was finished I was called to be seen . The nurse made me feel at ease that she took my temperature, height, weight, etc. She took me to the exam room and within moments I was being seen by Bao Tran Huynh PA-C. Bao was caring and conversational she made me feel like I was part of the solution and included me in that process. She quickly gained my confidence and I knew I was in good hands. I trust her diagnosis and the treatment plan she proposed. Within moments I had an appointment set up with a specialist a prescription already called in to help me with any pain. Overall: the facility was clean. The staff were caring and friendly. The team moved efficiently, I felt like I didn't wait at all but I did not feel hurried or rushed. Sure, the same could be said for other facilities but very few, if any, can move that efficiently and also support you with the level of quality in their care that is second to none. I am pleased to recommend Heartland Emergicare.

It was not a positive experience. I am a mature black woman who typically does not receive good medical support. In this instance I came in with an injured finger. Xrays were taken, nothing broken. Ultimately dr diagnosed busted blood vessels. Treatment " buddy tape" She indicated no evidence of broken vessels because of the color of my skin. Her words. She in essence guessed without any proof She simply wanted me out of her office.
