I had an amazing experience at Midwest Urgent Care. From the front desk ladies, to the woman who helped me get into the office, to the nurses—everyone was incredibly kind and caring. I went in with terrible pain behind my ear, and they truly took great care of me. They made me feel heard, comfortable, and genuinely important. I’m so thankful for how compassionate and professional the entire team was. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff at Midwest Urgent Care! I came in feeling absolutely miserable, and from the moment I walked through the door, Kristi and Megan treated me with such kindness, compassion, and professionalism. They genuinely listened to everything I was experiencing, made me feel comfortable and cared for, and went completely above and beyond to help get me feeling better. It’s rare these days to find healthcare professionals who are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but who also truly care about their patients the way they do. Their attention to detail, positive attitudes, and sincere concern made such a stressful situation so much easier. I left feeling relieved, thankful, and confident that I had received exceptional care. If you are looking for an urgent care clinic that treats you like a person instead of just another patient, I HIGHLY recommend the 120th & Dodge location. Kristi and Megan were absolutely phenomenal, and I am beyond grateful for everything they did for me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I brought my toddler here and was impressed by the lovely staff's respect and kindness toward my toddler. Ultimately left without any medical concerns, but they validated my seeking care and gave me clear next steps and red flags to watch for. Thanks to all who cared for us today.

Went in with a congested headache that had been bugging me for multiple days and only getting worse. I already knew it was a sinus infection due to prior experiences. Went in and waited for an hour. Their reception is amazing and their MA was very polite. But they need to have a provider who can help more than a school nurse would. The provider sent me home with a migraine. Went to go see a different urgent care right after and they were flabbergasted by my experience at this specific Midwest urgent care. Please please please don’t assume that all Midwest urgent cares had the same quality of providers like I did. Don’t waste your money or time!

Lauren was great up front when I brought our son in. She was very cheerful to help with a bit of a scary experience for him. Nicole did great with him and was quick and friendly. Overall they did awesome in caring for my son and making him happy and excited during a bit of scary experience for him. Highly recommend.
