I was seen yesterday in Priority Care clinic by Meyokia Nicole Smith. I appreciated that she took the time to really talk about my symptoms and medical history, and right away recognized that I needed a steroid to get a cough & breathing issues under control. So often the response is "it's a virus, treat the symptoms," so it was great to walk out with a treatment plan that actually helped me feel better very quickly.

As always the care was excellent. They compassion & concern for my health was real. They never make you feel guilty or silly for coming in. I love CHI & all its nurses & Doctors.

When my primary Dr. is booked solid, I drive out of my way to go to this location. Both Richard & Lauren are amazing Dr.'s. All of the staff is great. Short wait times & excellent health care provided by the entire care team.

I love that I never feel rushed. Dr Gupta takes time to listen to you. She digs deep to provide me with the best care possible. The rest of the staff is friendly and very thorough. I won’t go to anyone else as I feel this strongly about Dr. Gupta and her clinic.

Yesterday, my son went to this location with flu like symptoms and was treated terribly. He was experiencing asthma like symptoms but was not examined nor allowed to take his jacket off. No test was administered. He was treated with complete indifference and given antibiotics. This caregiver should reconsider how they treat patients. CHI Healthcare should reconsider employing such people.
