Having went in for a pre-hire screening, it was pretty much the basic steps to check in, allow 10 or 15 minutes for paperwork to process and then when your name is called go back do your business and initial hearing initial there. The difference was the staff all had a great sense of humor. That made the visit a little more lively. I would also add that it was toward the end of the day and I needed the results as soon as possible. They got back with my employer within a day. That was a big help in satisfying the last criteria necessary. Thank you all at Concentra

Macie, was amazing! She made my experience both fun and professional. I’m sure most people don’t expect that when they go for a physical but I’d recommend Macie in a heartbeat! A true gem to be around and listen to her sugar meat stories haha. Great energy will go back when it’s time and I’ll hope she’s still there!

Very rude staff it's like they hate their jobs. Also took over 30 mins to be called back. The waiting room is very tiny and chairs are knee length between people that's just asking for illnesses.

Everything i come in the doctor's change the rules on what i need so I can only get a three month card. I was told since my heart doctor said I was fine and had no issues i didn't need a stress test since it had been some time since my last heart attack. But you guys know better and also since I'm fat I need to pay for a sleep study. Your company is the only one with this thought.

3 hour wait time on a Friday at 1030am is ridiculous!!! This place advertises itself as an urgent care clinic but the friendly staff will apologize for the wait and direct you to a competitor that is a true Urgent care clinic. Appears this “urgent” care facility focuses more on drug testing and physicals than actually helping sick people with urgent care.
