Went here a year ago and again today, both in winter, both midday, and both for a persistent cough. It was quiet and I was seen pretty quickly. I was handed antibiotics both times (I guess that's just protocol when a cough has lasted 2 weeks). Kind of wish they did more testing, but I forgot to ask. I'm just satisfied with how fast everything was without an appointment. I think I spent an hour here altogether.

After 20 ministers still never saw someone come out to the front at all. Finally left. Worst service for medical attention. Would give 0 stars if it was possible.

We are from out of town and had a toddler who needed to be seen. We were grateful to find a place open until 10 pm to avoid an ER visit. Our experience was wonderful, receptionist, nurse, and PA were all excellent.

Had a great experience here. All 3 people that I came in contact with were extremely friendly, and they got my daughter and I in and out right away! Thanks again!

About a month ago I came in to this urgent care with symptoms of nasal drainage, coughing, and congestion. I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and was prescribed amoxicillin, for a while it cleared me up but then it came back. I went back to this same clinic (I also had the same nurse practitioner who talked with a condescending tone) and was diagnosed with an upper respiratory but was not prescribed anything just told to take some over the counter medication. I knew that I wouldn’t get better so I went to the Council Bluffs location. I told the nurse practitioner about my other visits and an immediate green flag was when she saw that I wasn’t prescribed anything for an upper respiratory and said that she would have given me something, so she prescribed me a stronger antibiotic. From this day forward I will no longer step foot at the Aksarben location and will be taking my business when I’m sick to the Council Bluffs location, they actually listen and care.
