My Conditions, Especially The Vestibular I have, That was under control with the treatment I was receiving At Madonna Rehab, plus, the mediation I was placed on; however, that worsen since around the last couple years with fall on stairs I was made to try to go up, with aid of another person; and then fall off van, I was forced to get on to go to see my specialist instead of being placed on the handicap bus Then the worsen vestibular, as result of those falls, caused me to fall again hitting my head, and busting my knuckles I was heard about the minute clinic at CVS, and was doubtful of going there; however, since I was hurt, in pain I went to CVS minute Clinic, there I was treated by Mackinsey Whitmore, NP; I was totally surprised by the professionalism she displayed, she asked me questions to get all the information she needed, in order to treat me She helped treat my hand the best possible; and encouraged me to go to the emergency room because my worsen condition (as result of aforementioned) caused me to fall seriously being injured She deserves a ten+, for all her caring, professionalism, and help I ENCOURAGE ANY INDIVIDUAL IF THEY HAVE PAIN TO GO SEE Mackinsey Whitmore at CVS MINUTE CLINIC on Dodge; MINUTE Clinics are more valuable than I was AWARE I'M TOTALLY THANKFUL FOR THEM Lionel Brown

We are from out of state on a 3-week stay in Iowa when my son developed an ear infection. We scheduled online and were immediately seen once we arrived. Nurse Practitioner Whitmore did a fantastic job helping my son with his ear infection. We filled the Rx in the adjacent pharmacy and were on our way. The Minute Clinic worked with our insurance, and we were in an out in less than an hour. Thank you!

Was on hold for two hours simply trying to get ahold of the NP to follow up on lab results and confirm a prescription. Super strange that there isn’t another way to get ahold of someone in the minute clinic any other way. I don’t imagine there’s actually two hours worth of calls coming in to their call center. The NP is super nice but I think there should be more than one nurse working so she isn’t overwhelmed and can follow up soon as lab results come in or possibly making it easier for a recent patient to get into contact if need be.

I scheduled an appointment and there was a delay, but it's not the nurse's fault. Definitely should hire more and keep your nurses/employees less stressed!! The nurse I saw was incredibly sweet and so wonderful. I wish all medical employees were sweet as her. She listened to me and my concerns, and did a test. I wish I remembered her name. So sweet, patient, and wonderful!! I'll be back for any minor symptoms i may be experiencing in the future - her service is to come back for!!

Jennifer is great ! Despite the fact that she was new to minute clinic , the kiosk not working , and her computer not letting her schedule follow ups , she managed to see my daughters as a walk in even though she was running behind . She listens and explains everything well. Made us feel comfortable.
