I am most grateful to have been here to receive care and treatment. It means a lot to get to choose the best options for my healing care and UNMC is always my top choice for me and those I love. I trust that I won't leave worse off then when I arrived, and that the care will be true. The Practitioner I saw made me feel comfortable and talked through the symptoms and possibilities of treatment and best antibiotics to consider my allergies and not to miss anything important in the recovery process. I went home sure that I would feel better before too long. Once I got my prescription, I could feel it working right away. I have been in connection with many UNMC locations and this one has aligned with my top notch experiences of them. I will return and recommend it here if you want Caring conscientious teams on your health journey.

Wait length was reasonable. All staff very friendly and helpful. I have been to this clinic several times for after hours care. I am very glad this service is available. The nurse called me inform me of test results.

I was tested for a UTI on Jan 5 and given meds for 3 days, in Jan 8 I called and said I wasn't feeling better. At 5:05 there was an order to get another urine test, I went in Jan 10. I didn't hear anything til Jan 16 and was told to come in and get another urine test done. I was working so went to the after hours clinic and was given different meds. On Jan 19 I was called and asked if I was feeling better and I said no and she said I was on the wrong meds and new meds were called in. I am starting to feel better

My son presented with a nasty fractured wrist, provider Bonnie V. was tremendous! The ICC team at BMC was swift to get him settled and as comfortable as possible. The provider & entire team went above & beyond.. Tammy, the LPN was very attentive. She was kind, friendly, and caring. Gigi & Chantel were also helpful! Such great care made the situation much easier to deal with. The radiology tech was fantastic, She treated my son with great care and empathy. We were referred to Ortho for a surgical consult to Dr. Morgans PA, Erin Walsh, got in within 48 hours. Ms. Walsh is the best, very friendly and knowledgeable!!! Explained everything in great detail where he could understand the complex procedure he needed. My son received excellent care all around. I’m grateful to the team at Nebraska Med for such cohesive care!

My wife, grandson, and I went to get treated, shortly after opening. The person that checked us in, was very efficient. The dr that saw us was very thorough in her patient interviews. She knew how to get my grandson to describe how he was feeling.
