I was seen right away. Time waited, maybe 3 minutes. The doctor was very caring, and concerned. They couldn't help me there for what was wrong, but they did give me something to relieve the pain until I could see the appropriate people.

The staff was amazing. I just l Iove their personalities. So NICE!!!!! Although I felt horrible with 102°fever. I had a excellent experience.

The staff was very helpful,educated,answered all my questions and concerns and they were very professional and efficient.I couldn't ask for better nurses and doctors.That is why unmc is the best!!I love it.Anytime I go to unmc emergency or the clinic when I am sick without a shadow of doubt I know I will get the best care and treatment possible and I will well be taken care of.You make my stay at the hospital very accommodating and comfortable Thank you,Thank you.Thank you.

My son was having a severe allergy attack he was having a hard time breathing, when we got there , the receptionist had stepped out and we had to wait for her it was about 10 mins before she came back and my son's condition was getting worse.I don't think first contact personal should be pulled out by management for whatever reason during working hours specifically at an urgent care environment when she finally came back my son got seen immediately, because the receptionist was able to recognize it was a real emergency. The manager should not be pulling her out unless someone who is as qualified as her can replace her.the room did not have any supplies not even a first aid kit but the provider was extremely professional and knew what to do immediately she took care of him gave him an epi pen shot and transferred him to the ER.

Everyone I dealt with here was kind and professional. However, I’m not sure if it was because of the time I came (6pm - right when they open) but the PA who saw me was extremely rushed. It seems like she may have been the only one on staff seeing patients. She saw me for a total of 3 minutes, quickly prescribed two medications without explaining what they were, and seemed to be halfway out the door already when asking if I had any questions. This may have had something to do with going right when they opened (there were about seven other patients who checked in at the same time), but I felt somewhat disappointed overall. Also, they charge $450 for a visit even if they see you for only a few minutes.
