Extremely pleased with my experience. This was my first visit, and expected a packed waiting room and long wait. Just one person ahead of me! The nurse and PA were very kind and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend!

All went well. Not a long wait. From the front desk. She Was polite and helpful. The nurse that took my vitals was professional and caring as well as Dr. Jenifer who put me at ease with my concerns. Thank you for everything

I will still give my experience a strong 4 because my P.A. found something no other doctor has and Im 59 years old. Bad Sinus infection caused by a deviated Septum. No Family Physicians ever took the time out to see why I would continuously get Sinus Infections that wouldn't go away. The only reason for not giving a 5 was because we waited for about an hour to be seen. I joked it was " lNon- Urgent Care". Really impressed with the P.A. She did a great job!

This is only urgent care I will go to when I need it the most, it’s the only urgent care I’ll take my friends to when they need it as well. The provider, Jen is fabulous and all of the providers genuinely care about their patients and are not like the rest of the urgent care providers out there…. For example: they will write and send radiology imaging orders for you to get done as soon as possible and will f/u w u with the results. As well as your PCP. They will give on-site injections when clinically appropriate to give to patients who need those along with whatever p.o. Prescription you need until you see ur PCP. And whenever I come here there’s just no need to follow up immediately with my PCP because these providers truly treat the illness or ailment I’m suffering with and I’ve either kicked the infection or I’m following the appropriate specialist as these providers go above and beyond to help patients with symptom management in the short term as well, until they have their specialist approval. Booking appointments online is recommended over just walking in. In office visits are truly the best way to ensure you’re fully evaluated and treated appropriately but it’s great that they offer Telehealth visits for either acute and minor ailments and for extremely contagious illnesses where you are unable to leave your home.

Great and nice staff. I was able to make an appointment online easily which made check-in really quick and easy. Didn't have to wait too long to get seen. Had to go back the same day because my condition worsened and they were able to get me seen and help relieve the pain. I am feeling so much better and it even helped cleared my congestion from my cold. The shots worked within 2 hrs and all I have to do is take my rx to get rid of my condition. Thank you for the great job and getting me seen after you guys had a long day and emergency patient.
