This place never returned any of my calls and Is very unprofessional. I visited this makeshift, poor-excuse-for-a-clinic only because there were no other clinics in the area that were open. Well, I’m in my 50s and have done extensive traveling throughout the country and outside of this country…and let me tell you that THIS place is by far the worst “urgent care” or clinic that I have EVER been to. There was an “issue” with my insurance (according to them) and so I paid with my credit card after being told that they would later re-bill my insurance and refund my credit card. Hmmmm… I lost track of how many times I called this joint, but I do remember that 9 out of 10 times they we’re very unprofessional. Plus they always told me the same thing. Saying that they will correct the problem and…nothing. I am a very busy man and should not have to be wasting my time with unethical and irresponsible, moral-lacking individuals who prefer to hide behind their cheaply made desks waiting till the clock strikes “done-for-the-day”! Not cool. A terrible way to do business.

Unprofessional! Website says open at 7am. I walk in at 7:05am, politely ask if I may sign in and the receptionist gives me the nastiest look ever. Ever! Made me feel like I should be apologizing for even being there. With the same nasty look, she very rudely tells me MY DOCTOR JUST TEXTED ME AND SHE WONT BE HERE til 9. And then just looks at me. About what you’d expect for Council Bluffs. If this is your company and you have the word “care” in your business name, maybe try telling that to the person you hired to greet the people who come through the door. I would have gotten a better experience at the gas station.

I have had Salaria as a doctor for 6 or 7 years, never had problems with him or his staff. Always professional and always had good treatments for my problems.

I am baffled by some of these reviews on here. I have seen Dr. Salaria for probably 20 years now and have NEVER had a bad experience. I have other family members and friends that see him as well. I have chronic health issues that he has helped me manage for many many years. He is very knowledgeable and does a very thorough job. He truly cares about his patients and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am sorry if some have had some issues but some reviews talk about being upset having to wait 15 minutes to see the doctor...really? This is an urgent care and just like an ER you are going to have to wait sometimes.

I was seen right away. Dr.Nanda took my drug allergies seriously and really was able to help me today. I felt heard and cared for today. Thank you
