Great service , Friendly staff, shorter wait times Offers more services than typical urgent care (X-rays, injections, labs) , the doctor is amazing. Super clean as well, 100% recommendations

I have a complex health situation, and as a result, I feared that a respiratory infection I had was getting out of hand. I happened upon this urgent care facility while in the neighborhood; I'd never been here before and never heard of it. I was seen by Dr. Eduardo Ramos; this was, by far and away, one of the best encounters I've had with a physician since moving to this city 10 years ago! Dr. Ramos was incredibly kind, through, caring, and efficient!! He took a surprising amount of time with me to genuinely hear me out (this is becoming increasingly rare to experience, as it seems that more and more physicians don't have ANY time to hear concerns or deal with "annoying" questions), and I am beyond grateful for his approach! He covered so many bases! I wish I could replace my PCP with him! I firmly believe this doctor will do everything that he can to help his patients. He did with me. Also, the entire rest of the staff was amazing to boot!! All so kind, patient and helpful!! In a city where people don't typically acknowledge you, it felt really nice to be in a space where everyone did ❤️. I know that things are messed up, but everything you all do, and how you do it, makes such an impactful difference. Thank you for your light and warmth in spaces that often feel they're growing colder.

this place is fast and efficient. Came to visit Vegas and was still seen quickly without any issues. Not only that, but the front desk lady Rochelle truly made our appointment. She took her time to make sure that we had everything that we needed and she went above and beyond what I would have expected anyone to do, in her shoes. Everyone that we came into contact with was lovely, professional and efficient. With everything going on in healthcare right now , these people are amazing. With everything going on in healthcare right now, I cannot recommend this place enough.

Today I heard the beautiful words any special needs Momma wants to hear, "But Mom you know your son better than I do." Made my heart happy! My Big Boy is already feeling better! Thank you to everyone who helped us today. Long story short, my son was going on 3 days of looking bad. I gave him everything I could over the counter and nothing was doing a thing. My last option was antibiotics. PA listened to me, trusted me and gave me what we needed. My baby is going to be ok!
