No one wants to go to Urgent Care but if I have to go, I go here. The front desk staff member Fabi was so kind and personable. The MA Bea was awesome. Super nice and hilarious. The provider Dr. Xiao was very professional, courteous, and reassuring. I always have a good experience when I come here and am very grateful for their services.

The front desk woman was kind and professional, no issues there. At 8am they microwaved food in the back that stank up the entire waiting room and the back rooms. The nurse Bea was wonderful. The dr was in and out for 2 seconds told me she was prescribing antibiotics and would be back with discharge paperwork. After waiting 15 minutes she gives me 2 religious flyers for some church and concert. That is extremely unprofessional and should not be allowed… the dr was Lizzie Tuazon. Update: I have a hard time with antibiotics I am allergic to quite a few. I called yesterday because I was having an allergic reaction to the one prescribed. I was told the dr would call me asap with more directions but for now don’t take it in the morning. But 220pm I hadn’t heard from the dr mind you I called at 8am. I was told the dr could call me back in 5 minutes… I wait a full hour. The dr gave me attitude about my allergic reaction, as if I enjoy having issues with most antibiotics prescribed. She said she was sending a new one to the pharmacy and said “can you even take this one?” With so much attitude. Which I said I have never taken it so I’m unsure. She told me to take antihistamine to help the reaction but she only told me I’d need to yesterday. Today I woke up and I still have swelling around my eye and I had to look up for myself that the pill can stay in a persons system for 2-3 days after the last dose. Kind of important information to tell a patient having an allergic reaction to a medication. I find this place to be unethical and downright unprofessional. How do you not treat a severe allergic reaction with urgency?? How are your doctors handing out religious pamphlets at the end of appointments?? Literally go to any other urgent care because this one does not care about its patients.

Brought my kid to get seen and Fabi at the front desk was really quick to welcome us and walk us through the check in process. Once we walked in, Yamicka helped us get settled and get the kid checked and was really nice and polite through it all, even his provider Steven came quickly, got him checked and made him feel very confortable and welcome through his visit. Totally recommend everybody to visit this clinic, will definitely come back! Thank you guys!

Stupid receptionist just didn’t want to see my son. I called in advance to ask if I can be seen she said yes I show up 15min later she said her WiFi was down then she said all rooms were booked then she said it would be a hour to see him…. She kept switching her story. DO BETTER YOUR LEGIT HEALTH CARE WORKERS. (Btw the waiting room was empty …)

Excellent experience today, 5/23/26. Front desk young lady was very nice and welcoming. It was great to see how patient she was with an older lady who needed help with her paperwork. Doctor was cool too. Was in and out quickly.
