I had a great experience at this quick care office after bringing in my five year old son for a head injury. From the moment we arrived, Shona and Dr. Ceschi were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Dr. Ceschi was especially wonderful, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything, which really helped put me at ease during a stressful moment. This was my son’s first head injury and Dr. Ceschi was calm, reassuring, and made sure all of my questions were answered. I also really appreciated how kind and patient he was with my son. He made him feel comfortable and safe, which made the whole experience so much easier for both of us. The visit itself was quick and efficient. We were in and out without feeling rushed. I left feeling confident, reassured, and well-informed about what to watch for and when to come back if needed. Overall, I’m very grateful for the care we received and would definitely recommend this office to other parents. My son even got stickers on the way out!

My experience today deserves 5 stars. Ashley was my medical assistant, she was very thorough in understanding my chief complaint and relaying that information to the doctor. The provider: Dylan Ceschi DO, was amazing. He was able to diagnose my chief complaint. I am so grateful. The entire faculty was pleasant, from the start of my vist until discharged to go home with follow up instructions for my Primary Physician. This will always be my Urgent Care, when I need one. Upon coming into town on 2/4/26, I needed care and this center was GREAT! It was clean and there was no wait. Everyone from the front desk, to the nurse to the doctor was AMAZING and kind. Everything was handled professionally and quickly. I’m so grateful I found this urgent care! Thank you Marleen, Evelyn & Crystal Ryder, PA-C! Edited to add: I did call on 2/7/26 to find out some info about a culture and the front desk receptionist who answered was very rude and just wanted to hang up. I had to push hard to speak to the doctor on call as I was with my doctor at home and needed to find out answers. The doctor on call was very nice but the front desk person was nasty.

Took my sister in for an ear infection last week and saw how quick and painless her visit was so I decided to give them a try for myself when I developed this horrendous cough earlier this week. Grateful for the web check-in ahead of time and the notification of when to come in. I went in when prompted - primetime after work 6pm - and not a soul in sight in the waiting room (WIN!!!). Friendly and empathetic staff (Raquel, Evelyn, Veronice, Georgina) and provider (Crystal Ryder). I was in and out in less than an hour, prescriptions even sent in to cvs across the street before they closed. Home before dinner, meds in hand. Cough aside, it’s a win for me.

Visiting Las Vegas from Indiana. Fell today while hiking at Valley of Fire and got a nasty gash on my knee. Knew I probably needed stitches. Came here because it had good reviews. All the staff were very welcoming and worked very efficiently. I ended up with three stitches. Highly recommend this facility!!!
