I didn't want to go after they told me the wait was going to be at least four hours . But surprisingly I was seen right away for my vitals and then I was given a room to wait for my doctor . That's where the wait was long . Maybe 2 1/2 hours . But I had my phone and I slept for a spell. It was totally worth it . When the doctor popped in I thought wow this guy is young . Let me tell you he was the most personable and knowledgeable and caring doctor I ever had!! Him and his assistant nurse made a great team !! I went in cause a water truck hit my foot but prior to that I had plantars warts and infection setting in on both feet . He was concerned about that as well talked to me about it . Did not belittle me at all . He educated me on my condition. That meant alot . I left this place. Feeling like I was taken care of 100 perfect . I was very happy . Totally worth the wait !!!!

I want to formally recognize Nurse Practitioner - Heather S. West at the Concentra Polaris Las Vegas location for her outstanding clinical expertise and excellent bedside manner. As a patient managing multiple chronic and complex conditions, I prioritize working with providers who demonstrate thorough knowledge of the latest evidence-based protocols. From my initial consultation, Heather displayed a deep understanding of current treatment modalities. She conducted a detailed assessment of my medical history and symptoms, effectively developing a comprehensive treatment plan. Her prescribing decisions are guided by clinical evidence, ensuring I receive the most appropriate pharmacological therapies, often directly identifying optimal medications without unnecessary trial-and-error. Beyond her clinical competence, Heather's bedside manner is exemplary-gentle, respectful, and patient-focused-creating a comfort zone conducive to open communication. She is also very welcoming and inclusive, creating an environment where all patients feel respected and valued, regardless of their identity—something that is especially important in today’s world. Though Heather is a nurse practitioner, her skills and expertise are genuinely outstanding-so much so that she often exceeds the capabilities of many doctors in the field! Overall, Heather's combination of medical expertise, effective communication, and compassionate care distinguishes her as an outstanding healthcare provider. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a provider who combines top-tier clinical skills with genuine empathy and professionalism. I also commend the nursing staff; each demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and attentiveness. The front desk staff were generally helpful and welcoming, though I experienced one instance of less friendly individual which was an isolated moment. THANK YOU, Heather, and thank you, Concentra Polaris, for having such an exceptional professional like her—truly one of the best in the medical field!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really great experience at Concentra Urgent Care and wanted to take a moment to leave a review because the staff truly made the visit much easier than I expected. From the moment I walked in, everything felt organized and professional, and the team was friendly and welcoming. Catherine and Claudia in particular stood out during my visit. Both of them were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. It’s not always easy going into urgent care, but their positive attitude and professionalism made a big difference and helped take a lot of the stress out of the situation. The clinic itself was clean, the process was efficient, and I didn’t feel rushed or ignored like you sometimes do at busy medical facilities. Everyone seemed to genuinely care about doing their job well and making patients feel taken care of. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs urgent care. Huge thanks again to Catherine and Claudia for being so helpful and kind. It really does make a difference when staff go the extra mile for patients.

I recently visited Concentra for my new job's medical requirements and was blown away by the exceptional service! 😊 From check-in to completion, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The phlebotomist made the bloodwork a breeze - literally felt like a light pinch! The entire atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Kudos to the well-trained and compassionate team on duty - you guys rock! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Waiting hours were really a challenge even if you show up early for your appointment. I would appreciate it if they will inform their patients ahead of time if they’re short of physician and needs to be rescheduled and not when you arrive for your appointment and already wasted your time and gas. Also, they failed to tell me that my last appointment could have been done through Telemedicine since we’re just waiting for a test result but guess what? They just told me that after I am already there early and waited for more than an hour only to be seen by the provide for less than 2 minutes. Worse branch so far though the staff were good.
