The medical tech that took care of me, I forgot his name, was great. He was professional, personable, and prompt at his job. It made the process go smooth and unnerving. The doctor that I saw was also great! Also, the front desk staff were very polite. Overall was a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Emily is so amazing, she’s also so attentive and so friendly definitely made my experience here very amazing!! her work ethic is beautiful just like her personality, great worker to have! honestly almost every staff here is amazing and friendly also very helpful 🩶

I had to go to Concentra, due to a fall at work. I chose the Location on Paradise. It was a great choice. The waiting room was very clean and bright, there was a movie playing while you waited. The examination rooms were very clean. The best part was every single one of the staff was very friendly and very helpful. I’m very glad I chose that location.

They completed the entire service for 3.5 hrs ,and leave a voice mail when I’m gone that I have to comeback cuz they have to do the agility test the next day . I filled up the signed in Via tablet for almost an hr with a redundant questionnaire ,and waited another hr with repeated checking in with the front clerk,did the required test ,then waited a meaningful time in the room for the physician to do the final cleat checks .Waited again in the front to scan email ,check the ppwrk,dismissed me then when I came home and return their call ,I have to come back for agility test .The lady I checked in the first time I said my appointment time was gone /they switch shift .Then the Spanish speaking lady that took her place just kept telling me I’m on line,she got annoyed for my following up from signing in ,checking with the email sent forms by company if they have received it ,that’s why I felt she intentionally put me in the very back of the line to be seen .I checked in 12:38 ,my appointment was 1pm,I went out of the clinic almost 15:30-16:00 .I think Acuity has to search other occupational clinic to aid faster service if they cannot accommodate accordingly ,for whatever shortage or other reasons they have going g … This is from Merchant Mariners

Recently had a sprained shoulder and neck. The staff here is very attentive and precise. They get you checked in, make necessary calls to get you transportation after you are treated. Overall a great place to get physical therapy.
