I was in and out of there with my daughter pretty quickly. But not rushed at all. The medical assistant and the doctor were amazing and I will be coming here for future urgent care needs. The front desk was nice as well. Thank you

It doesn't make sense that this supposed Urgent Care doesn't do X-rays? I am thankful that when I registered online they called me back to tell me. I would have been ticked to drive all the way over there and find this out.

Been coming here for years outside of my network because I love it but this last visit was the first time I left without a solution. Probably the last time going to intermountain. The nurse was super nice and helpful, she asked what my pain was and I stated a “9” when coughing. The PA on the other hand had the same personality as the 4 walls in the room. I was there 2 1/2 hours plus the $40 copay which would have been free if I went down the street from my house and that lady sent me home with no prescription or shot. Told me to go buy Mucinex and take Tylenol. REALLY??? Sitting here in extreme pain. Coughing up yellow mucus from my chest, feels like my chest is going to explode. Im one coughing episode from going to the ER. Not happy with that PA. The fact that she wasn’t nice from the beginning and sent me home with nothing makes me feel like she did this on purpose. That is not “Health Care”.

words can not describe how furious i am of the treatment i got from this clinic after they messed up big time! the front desk lady for sure is not friendly and to a point she argues with you when you want simple answers from her. everything seemed as normal to in urgent care, quick and simple. but when they gave me paper work at the end, they have me believe it was the description of prescription pill they were supposed to issue but they never did issue one and when i found out about it and i went back to talk to them, their attitude was out of this world. they treated me like i am the one who is wrong not them. they never told me i did not need to get prescribed pill but just the over-the counter! i wasted so much of my time just to get the over the counter pill when i actually went in to get the treatment i needed and wanted but i never got! this establishment is horrible!

Great experience here today. Starting feeling off on day two of my vacation, and came in when my cough became productive and my inner ear started to hurt. Registration was quick, about five minutes, paid my copay, and was seen within about ten minutes to do swabs for the virals going around right now. Saw the provider another fifteen minutes later and he was efficient and professional. Prescriptions sent to the pharmacy closest to my hotel, and hopefully in the next two days I’ll be able to get back to my trip! This was a great experience in terms of urgent cares that I’ve been to in the past, especially for being just off the strip in Vegas.
