This place does not accept insurance, and the two ladies at the front desk were so unfriendly and cold. As part of the LGBTQ+ and minority, I do not recommend. They said it was LGBTQ+-friendly, but it wasn't. I wanted to get preventive care, but one of the ladies lacked basic knowledge of care; it was embarrassing to have to correct someone in a medical field who was supposed to be caring for a patient. Do not waste your time; it is not even an urgent care for public health for good; it is a piece of a great example of a failed public healthcare system in the US.

We had a great experience at Quick Fix Urgent Care LV. The staff was friendly, the clinic was clean, and my husband was seen quickly. The provider took time to listen and explain everything clearly, he went above and beyond to make patient feel comfortable and cared for. They were patient, attentive, and genuinely kind, which made a stressful situation much easier. appreciate their compassion and professionalism. Highly recommend if you need fast and reliable care.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Christian Lapitan. He is incredibly nice and caring, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional doctor. Thank you, Dr. Lapitan, for your excellent care!

This place is a joke. $275 to be seen by a doctor. No insurance accepted. Ok. I find that to be somewhat reasonable. We asked if what my gf had was able to be treated here (poison ivy reaction) before we paid needlessly. After 30 min still no answer. We watched Dr Christian play on his phone and help others at the window but still no answer. We asked again and was told he was pooping. After an hour of no answer we left to go to a real facility. Is it unreasonable to know if you can help before we pay $275?

Had to go in before my vacation even really started and thank god nurse practitioner Christian was there. He ensured that all my issues would have a resolution and I would be able to enjoy the rest of my trip. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. 10/10 (if you’re dying on vacation… and don’t need a hospital, this is the place to go)
