If I could leave zero stars I would. Me and my son were both diagnosed with flu, the provider that saw us was excellent. Very professional explain everything and even swap us to make sure we didn’t have anything else. Also provided with meds for flu and antibiotics just in case. Now my husband is getting sick and you would think since we both been diagnosed he would get the same treatment. Nope he gets to see this PA called Deanna St Cyr, he been sick for few days now. She tells him oh no you be fine, in fact, since it’s been awhile I don’t need to swap you or give you flu medicine. Apparently since he is a big man he can handle it. How does she know that? She doesn’t know anything about his medical history and won’t since she didn’t do her job. Just gave him steroids and said you just need to ride it off. People like this is the reason why germs spread because you’re too lazy to do your job and prescribe the right medication. What’s the point of coming to the urgent care if you’re just gonna rip people off. Very disappointing if you don’t want to help people find a different job. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone, what a shame to Southwest medical.

Free parking with handicap access. Parking lot is neat and clean. There is an Urgent Care inthe building. Automatic glass doors at entrance. Two story building with stairs and elevator. The office was neat, clean, organized. Samantha the receptionist was excellent. She was very friendly and patient which made check in easy. I appreciated that she ingormed me the doctor was running late and there were two patients ahead of me. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. She answered all my questions and provided analysis details. I felt relieved after the consultation.

The doctor at urgent care, Dr. Bryan A. Croft was very professional and he did everything on his hands to help mi mom. He take the time to explain about some details to keep her away for dehydration and to keep her kidneys right

A 12 year patient with southwest medical. In 2021 I received guardianship of my newborn granddaughter and have had her with Southwest medical throughout the past 4 years. My granddaughter and I became very ill so I decided to visit the urgent care. I was able to be seen but the receptionist refused to see my sick granddaughter saying that I needed to show documents that i have guardianship over my granddaughter. I was able to pull court documents from the children court website but still the receptionist said they had to be printed out and they couldn't do it, being sick and weak diagnosed with a upper respiratory infection i just didn't have the strength to do all that! Southwest medical urgent care this is ridiculous and a company that i have trusted my family with for over a decade this is very disappointing and that any place would turn away a sick child and makes me reevaluate rather im under the right medical clinic.

Disappointed with the customer service of a female nurse(?) in the cardiology dept, was trying to book my appointments with the scheduler and the nurse lady was hovering around, needing something from the scheduler. I had difficulty trying pick a time because of work but I feel the nurse lady hovering the scheduler was adding pressure to get me out of the door. Not sure if she was having a bad day or a long day but I did not appreciate her hovering or her tone when told me to use a different exit. I did not catch her name but she had black hair, glasses, and was about 5’ 4”/ 5’ 5” - I try to be as understanding as possible, especially with healthcare professionals- but I believe she could have handled the situation a lot better.
